May I suggest that the Mexican trucking companies hire English translators to ride on every truck whose driver is incapable in English — so as to read the signs, answer questions and conduct all business in English..
Much as we do in our schools, businesses, courts, prisons, hospitals, etc, etc.........to translate for the Mexicans/Hispanics here who can’t speak, read or write English..
