I misunderstood BQ earlier on this thread...but, I often don’t focus on details when reading a piece...only focus on them when analyzing for information. All depends on the purpose I have for reading....hers is usually to grasp the whole meaning.

I just caught that! Yea! Great point!!! Usually the first paragraph and last two sentences are the only ones most writers put all their thoughts into :)

That’s exactly right....I am a very detailed person, when I am thinking analytically. But when I read like a Mark Stein piece, it’s just to get the big picture ideas....
To: nicmarlo
For those that know me well, I do not like to read at all. It’s only out of necessity to learn or other basic things.

Yes it does. Let me go bi-polar a sec and I'll think globally.
Done.
Think global---it worked.

Please. I read it once before and got confused and swore never to look at your tagline again.
You just made me look at it again-guess what?

Well I don’t know about you two, but I’ll be watching this week through Thursday concerning anything coming out on the Mexican Truckers Project.

i wonder if he would have said this quote on september 10, 2001. my guess is no. this guy is a loon. Yes he is.
He sure has that capitalization thing down pretty well, though.

It’s highly likely that only “the best” will be placed in trucks for the next month or longer....and then, once there’s no break downs in trucks, or drunken driving, the crap trucks will start coming in, along with drunks.
To: jedward
From those 100 mexican firms, I wonder how many thousands of trucks will be on our highways?

It wouldn’t be hard to figure out. We just find which firms received the certificates necessary and multiply by some fleet factor # (100-200 per)? We could figure it out.
