Your thoughts? My thought is, if other people don't have to pay their mortgages, why should I have to?
I've got other stuff to spend the money on, and if Congress is paying off, I want to get in line.

My thought is, if other people don't have to pay their mortgages, why should I have to?Interesting point. Maybe it's time for the Ultimate Debt Jubilee. Let's have a government decree whereby all mortgages are torn up, and every American now owns his home completely debt-free. A whole bunch of financial institutions will collapse, but hey, that's life.
