What I don’t get is, while I think he was doing exactly what is described for the reasons that are descibed, what exactly did he do that is illegal? I’m convinced that he’s a scumbag, but is sticking your shoe under the stall against the law? What am I missing?

You are exactly right. This is ridiculous. Have any of the accusers on here read the police report? The charge was misdemeanor - for peeping and for disorderly conduct! How do we know this policeman is non-gay? Am sure Sen. Craig has been one of Hillary's targets. I am sure the Clinton crime machine has operatives in police departments....esp if they are gay. This is not conspiracy, this is pure tee Clinton tactics to take them down one by one. The ATtorney General yesterday, Sen. Craig today. They will not stop.

I just cannot understand the FAST RUSH TO JUDGEMENT by people who surely know not to listen to the MSM for ANY accurate information, esp when it comes to "judgements" on Republicans, esp on Republican Senators. Don't you people slamming Sen. Craig realize the Demarxists just want to get them ALL out of power?????

This is, once again, ridiculous. Much ado about NOTHING.

I don't care if there have been "rumors" about Sen. Craig. You know what? Rumors are just that - rumors. I can start a rumor that Hillary Clinton had Vince Foster killed.....but I would be called a kook. Yet there is much more evidence of THAT "rumor" than there is that Sen. Craig did anything criminal or unseemly or lewd.

I am amazed that it took 51 posts before someone made your point. I find it disturbing that anyone (Republican, Democrat, apolitical) can be arrested in the USA for touching shoes with someone else and wrapping his hand around the bottom of a stall wall.
