Doesn’t whoever wrote or proof-read this story realize that Murtha can’t be sued for “liable”, but can, however, be sued for “libel”? Murtha is scum and these Marines deserve his hide as a doormat, but I’d be more optimistic about the chances of having that happen without stupid mistakes like that.
