Rudy’s stand on Roe vs. Wade is that the issue of abortion should be decided in the political spectrem (state legislatures, state ballot referendums), not by judicial fiat. The pro-life movement takes the same stand.
Well, that's a convenient conundrum. States cannot legislate abortion until Roe v. Wade is overturned. He says he'll appoint originalist judges, but that's a total crapshoot. His bottom line is he believes abortion should be legal. We've already had eigth years of "legal but rare". It led to abortion at any time for any reason and partial birth abortion. Which Hillary, incidentally, still has not condemned.
