WTH? If I was Hillary I would return the money. I doubt she will. The Clintons have a thing for Chinese money. Remember in 96 Clinton took the money from them because he had to defeat evil republicans.

Received this Email today and thought you might find it amusing.

Senator Clinton was on a plane to Texas and finds
herself seated next to an older, weathered man in
a western snap shirt, faded jeans and a cowboy hat.
Thinking herself above the old cowboy, she decides
to make sport of him.

“You know,” she says, “I’ve heard these flights go
much more quickly if you strike up a conversation
with a fellow passenger. So, let’s talk.”

The cowboy looks at her wryly and says, “Well I s’pose
that’d be all right. What’d ya like to discuss?”

“Oh, I don’t know, “says Hillary with a hint of
sarcasm, “How about Iraq ?”

“Hmm,” says the cowboy, sensing the Hillary’s attempt
to belittle h im, “That could be an interesting topic.
But, let me ask you a question first —

“Horses, cows, and deer all eat the same stuff—grass.
Yet, a deer passes little pellets, a cow turns out a flat
patty, and a horse makes muffins of dried poop. Why
do you suppose that is?”

Dumbfounded, Senator Clinton’s replies, “I haven’t the
slightest idea.”

“So tell me then,” says the cowboy with a smile, “How
is it that you feel qualified to discuss Iraq when you don’t know Shiite?”

Posted by Solitar on the other thread. Interesting stuff, to say the least!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Excerpt from this 1998 PDF file at senate.gov

Ted Sioeng, His Family, and His Business Interests

"Overseas Chinese Friendship Association - a $10,000 check was written on Sioeng San Wong’s account to the “O.C. Chinese Friendship Ass.” on April 15, 1995. The memo line the check indicates that it was meant as a donation. The Committee could not determine the nature of the donation. The check may have been intended for an organization called the Overseas Chinese Friendship Association. The association was set up at the direction of the PRC’s Communist Party apparatus, specifically, the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (“CPPCC”), and was meant to forge and strengthen ties between the United Front Work Department of the CPPCC Central Committee and overseas Chinese in this country and elsewhere! Dr. Daniel Wong - a $5,000 check was written to Wong on the account of Sundari, Sandra, and Laureen Elnitiarta on February 15, 1996. Wong is a Republican who ran for the California State Assembly.!

"Norman Hsu - a $7,500 check was written on Sioeng San Wong’s account to Friends of Norman Hsu on March 11, 1995. Hsu is a former president of the Chinese-American 90 Association."

Yes, same guy.

Coincidence that Rove leaves the White House just the week before both of these stories break? He’s working his magic again!

This ties in with the Wall Street Journal article about that postal worker and his family living in a 1200 sq ft home in LA who donated $200,000 to Hillary and other Democrats in the past 2 1/2 years.

As usual, the Clintons' partners is crime get charged and will probably do time, and Hillary skates free.

When are they going to go after the people who accept the illegal funds (Clinton and the Dems) instead of just arresting the donors?

I guess it's really more cursed to give than to receive.

Mr. Hsu, in an email last night wrote: "I have NEVER asked a single favor from any politician or any charity group. If I am NOT asking favors, why do I have to cheat...I've asked friends and colleagues of mine to give money out of their own pockets and sometimes they have agreed."

Lawrence Barcella, a Washington attorney representing Mr. Hsu, said in a separate email: "You are barking up the wrong tree. There is no factual support for this story and if Mr. Hsu's name was Smith or Jones, I don't believe it would be a story." He didn't elaborate.

A Clinton campaign spokesman, Howard Wolfson, said in an email: "Norman Hsu is a longtime and generous supporter of the Democratic party and its candidates, including Senator Clinton. During Mr. Hsu's many years of active participation in the political process, there has been no question about his integrity or his commitment to playing by the rules, and we have absolutely no reason to call his contributions into question."

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

The correct answer for which I was searching is:

Obama and Edwards will send out their wives to go after Hillary.

Over the years other recipients of Hsu donations have included Sens. Dianne Feinstein, Barack Obama, Joe Biden and Edward Kennedy.

I guess that leaves Edwards or Kucinich LOLOL

Is Hsu funneling money in from China?

Schwartz put Loral Space out of business while donating to the Clintons.

It sure sounds like it. See post #24.

What a time to be accepting Chinese money.

China is persona non grata lately up on the Hill and in the news.
