Yep, a crime ridden city. Now the criminals are back, fewer law abiding citizens are back so the few that came back appear to be prime targets.
The fact it's now 2 yrs since the levees broke...and most of the city is still in shambles. Is this Bush's fault? No Way...

i agree ...they have to WANT it back. THey will have to TAKE it back..but like all dems, they will try to UNDERSTAND why, blame everyone and everything but themselves....sad, very sad...maybe she will wake up..but i wont bet on it...
