There is a constant stream of news stories on women who were killed AFTER they DID bail out. You don't think the authorities will protect them do you?
Leaving them doesn't always stop the abuse. Some people just need killing.
This is a horrible situation that should never occur. I do however have a question for everyone that immediately jumped on the band wagon and considered this man evil immediately. Yes there is never any excuse for beating your spouse or a woman. Has any stopped to think why with 5 counts of domestic in Nevada he would be free when the law in nevada is 2 counts in a year and straight to prison. Second how was a felon allowed to have a gun in the house? Third this women has 5 active arrest warrants in Reno 3 for domestic violence were she attacked someone. Jumping to conclusions is as dangerous as not acting at all.

Sounds like we’d all be better off if both of them died in the incident.
Remember, stupidity is the only universal capital crime. It is self-punishing, and there is no appeal. (Although some of them get a stay of sentence, once in a while.)
