Yes, but the issue is the integrity of the political system (or it should be). A Congress full of democrat rapists is not something republicans should tolerate. But they do. By so doing, republicans are not a party of morality.
Carry that line of reasoning one more step and you can say that those who vote for Republicans who allow such a situation to remain are not moral either.
Where are you on this issue, are you a voter for immoral Republican Congressmen?
