It is not a pallet. It is an Air Force pallet. Big difference.
A pallet is a flat transport structure designed to support a variety of goods in a stable fashion while being lifted by any mobile forklift or other jacking device.
Air Force Pallets are quite different from ordinary wood pallets.

Air Force Pallets are quite different from ordinary wood pallets.Don't know why I would remember it but I think those are 463L pallets and they measure 88 x 108 inches. In Nam, GIs liked to use them for tent floors but that was frowned upon by the USAF.
