I would like a view from a Pole on the whole affair. I tried to follow it in the news, but in the end, both parties (Lepper/Kaczmareck vs. Kaczynski/Ziobro) are calling the other one corrupt. This arrest seems to put the ruling party in a bad light.
I second that. I’m getting totally confused as to what’s going on in Polish politics right now.

Especially, that one of those, who got detained today (Kornatowski the former chief of the police) was supposed to testify before a special commission of the parliament.
And he’d probably support Kaczmarek’s version of the events.
