That’s interesting. What would have been their prior “Christian” training and tradition? Would they have been some off shoot of the Orthodox (Byzantine) tradition like many in north Africa? Just wondering, not testing you.

They were pagans who were missionized during the British period. Most of them today combine their traditional tribal pagan beliefs with Christian ones. I doubt that few hear would consider them true Christians. But their Christian influences are mostly Protestant.
