Jews only come from the tribe of Judah.

Technically, while the term "Jew" is a contraction of "Judah", it would represent those of the House of Judah entirely, not only the Tribe of Judah. The House of Judah would be those not taken by the Assyrians- Namely Judah, Benjamin, and Levi. The other 10 tribes make up the House of Israel.

You are correct on the House of Judah being collectively called Jews. I guess where Traditional Christians have to rethink is the “Paint brush” that paints everything in the OT Jewish. When Believers understand there are 12 Tribes and Judah is only 1 of the 12 therefore the other tribes cannot be called Jews.
Paul said “I am a Benjamite” From the tribe of Dan are Danites, Ephraim are Ephraimites, Asher are Asherites etc. etc.
