So a persons 2nd amendment rights are suspended under a restraining order? Yup. Remember that was the crux of the Emerson case: A TRO forbidding the possession of firearms and ammunition EVEN in the absence of a specific finding that there's a threat. Ridiculous.

You mean you are just now finding that out? Funny thing is that we have some that post on this site that if you have a RO against you (no conviction of a crime) that you should not have firearms, etc.
