D'oh! How are they supposed to find out? Call a "time out" and ask the enemy what's in the building? Police in a America don't always know definitively what's in a building before the go in. The mere fact that some "journalist" (NewSpeak for idiot) writes such a sentence, betrays total ignorance of what happens in a WAR.
It’s just nuts that the cops in this country can engage in no-knock raids and if an innocent person in the wrong house gets killed it’s a “tragedy” but the cops can’t be blamed because they are waging a “war on drugs” against dangerous hoodlums.
