Based upon the Marines position from earlier in the Video and the eventual cover in the lower left corner as well as the position of the bodies I’d say they were relocating to a different position away from the car.
Note that with the exception of the driver’s door all other doors were opened away from the Marines, not what one would do if one was surrendering or peacefully complying with The Marines orders to stop.
