Matos McGreevey, who is now locked in a contentious divorce proceeding with her estranged husband... I hope she's able to pick him clean...financially,that is.I doubt that any self respecting woman would want to "clean" him any other way.

“James McGreevey, the nation’s first openly gay governor”
Is this right? Didn’t he come out only after he was caught?

["James McGreevey, the nation's first openly gay governor, later said he stepped down rather than succumb to a $50 million blackmail threat from a male former lover."]
This is why homosexuals should not be in power positions in government.

Jim McGreevey, 50, will begin full-time studies at General Theological Seminary of the Episcopal Church in Manhattan, seminary spokesman Bruce Parker said Friday. If he plays his cards right, he can become a TEC bishop in time.

Gee, my recollection is that, three years ago, the press couldn’t care less about Matos McGreevey (today is the first time I’ve ever even read her name in print, let alone heard it). Now, when it’s a Republican who’s in trouble, she’s wheeled out as a fellow victim “of his choices.” An expert commentator, as it were.

He’s got his sights set on the next growth industry.

Jim McGreevey, 50, will begin full-time studies at General Theological Seminary of the Episcopal Church in Manhattan, seminary spokesman Bruce Parker said Friday. The fellow already has a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a master's in education from Harvard.
Perhaps he was inspired by The Right Reverend Vicky Imogene "Gene" Robinson from up New Hamster.

While there are similarities, I found McGreevey far worse than Craig. Yet I cannot recall Chris Mathews of Hardball go into a frenzy over the McGreevey story to the extent he went over Craig. I just saw parts of Chris Matthew’s handling of the Craig incident - but it made me wonder if Chris himself has done the very thing. The story just seemed to excite him to a point it was creepy.

“She’s a victim of the choices he’s made.” ??????????????????????
She’s a victim of the choices SHE made.
Either that or she’s the biggest moron in the U.S., McGreevey being gay was the Worst Kept Secret in NJ for many years, even before he became governor.
This is a vile woman, first acting as his beard and benefitting from all of the perks from office and then when THEIR facade is unmasked playing the unsuspecting victim. Shocked, just SHOCKED that her husband and father of her children is a homosexual, can you imagine her devastation (please).
Her and Arianna Huffington are the same type of self-absorbed pigs who will use a gay man as their paths to fame and power.

Matos McGreevey said she stood by her man in 2004 because she still loved him and she felt she had done nothing wrong.
Yeah nothing wrong with naming your homosexual lover as Head Of Homeland Security

This man is the poster child for the democratic machine. Everything he has done so far was for himself. He did not care about his wife or his kids and was adored and accepted by his party and the media as a man of courage and conviction. Sickening, just sickening. These are the choices we have before us come election day.

My sympathies are with her...its one thing for a woman to accept if a man cheats on her with another woman - that's human nature. But with a man? If he does like men more, its clear he has a self loathing about women no amount of therapy can help him overcome.
