Photo Essay of Recent U.S. Atrocities for Brian De Palma's Next Film

"The movie is an attempt to bring the reality of what is happening in Iraq to the American people,"-Brian De Palma
there's no doubt Redacted packs an extraordinary emotional punch. It ends with shocking still photos of Iraqis, dead, disfigured or in extreme distress because of the war. This montage left the audience at a Venice press screening stunned, silent and in a few cases tearful. The combination of De Palma's visceral style and the horrifying subject matter left me reeling.- David Gritten, writing for the Daily Telegraph

Chief Petty Officer Jose B. Rivera, 41, from San Diego, holds up an Iraqi baby after processing her and her father so they can receive medical care during a combined medical engagement conducted by Marines and sailors from 3rd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 1st Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, and Iraqi soldiers from 3rd Brigade, 1st Iraqi Army Division, at Fuhaylat, Iraq, July 31, 2007. Brian De-Palma: “The first photo clearly is evidence of American Imperialist robot-soldiers abducting orphans.”

Hollywood has become synonymous with incest; incest is synonymous with progressive retardation.

I sincerely hope DePalma has another failure on his hands.

Yes. It’s one of the worst movies of all time. :)

Only if De Palma has Al Pacino playing Zarqawi in his Iraq movie.

You wanna talk about atrocities?

Body Double, The Bonfire of the Vanities, Mission to Mars, The Black Dahlia.

Those are atrocities. He should be tried for war crimes for Casualties of War as well.

Let him offer the pictures of dead men, women, and children after market place attacks by Al Qaeda and Insurgents. Let him offer pictures of the headless innocents who did nothing more than try to build a better country for themselves and their fellow citizens. Ask him to show the pictures of the US soldiers who offer no ill will to Iraqis other than to offer them a level of freedom that they could not have imagined or hoped for prior to the liberation of Iraq.

This worm who made this film would be honorable if he gave a rats ass about the death of Iraqis but given his goal is to turn the whole of Iraq over to Al Qaeda and Iran how can anyone take this monster of a Goebbels seriously?

Pseudo-intellectual Euro-weenies and Liberal Hollyweirdo elitists will take him plenty seriously.

He’s made some great films. But as usual, when Hollywood Lefties get into politics, they flop because only true believers accept their conspiratorial nonsense.

America, if you don’t like It, you have the power, us it. Do not take your hard earned money out of your pocket and put it into this dirtbags pocket. remember the power is in your hands! WE THE PEOPLE! do not read, do not watch, do not purchase from thier supporters. Remember this worked in Boston about 300 years ago, it can work today!

How about some shots of the bodies being pulled from the Trade Center rubble? Or the horrific burn victims from the Pentagon? How about a shot of the survivors of Flight 93 that crashed in Pennsylvania? Oh, that's right: there WERE none! They died -- every last one of them. Murdered by a bunch of filthy, America-hating bigots who are insulated from their sins by apologists like Brian de Ranged.

Stick your propaganda piece up your celluloid, Brian. Leni Riefenstahl at least had some talent. You just suck.

Like an organ failure? Maybe the heart . . . or the liver?

“Dressed to Kill” was pretty good. And his version of “The Untouchables” wasn’t bad.

But he’s had plenty of duds as well. And this latest effort sounds unfortunate...
