3-year-old raped by uncle, officials say

VICTORVILLE — A 3-year-old girl was found abused and bleeding Thursday night, and officials have arrested her uncle, an illegal alien, for child molestation.
Salvador Luna, 29, who was previously deported, was arrested on suspicion of sexual abuse of a child and was taken to the Victorville sheriff’s station where he underwent a physical examination, said Detective Ryan Collins.
The victim was originally admitted to Victor Valley Community Hospital around 7 p.m. after her mother found the girl bleeding inside their home on Rockrose Street, said Detective Sgt. Bob Hughes.
“Her injuries were significant enough that she had to be admitted,” Hughes said.
Around 6:30 p.m. the mother, father, the 3-year-old and her siblings were watching television in the parent’s room, a few doors down from where Luna was staying, Hughes said.
The girl went to Luna’s room for a piece of candy, and when she returned, a sibling took the candy from her, authorities explained. The girl again went into Luna’s room, hoping to replace the stolen sweets.
“She is in the uncle’s room for a while this time, long enough for mom to wonder where she was,” Hughes said. “When mom found the child she could see that she was visibly upset. Mom picks her up and when she put her down, now there’s blood all over mom’s shirt.”
The woman took the child to a neighboring home where the resident was a nurse to have the girl checked out. The nurse immediately dialed 911 and advised the family to stay away from the home until authorities arrived, said Karen Hunt, spokeswoman for the Victorville station.
Officials arrived at the home and had Luna in custody in under five minutes, Hughes said.
Luna had apparently changed clothes by the time officials arrived, so the home was closed off and searched for physical evidence, Hughes said.
In 2000, Luna was arrested in Ventura County on suspicion of annoying or molesting a child and sexual assault, said Detective John Wickum. It is unknown whether Luna was convicted, but the family said he was deported shortly after, officials confirmed.
“His criminal history drops off in 2001,and he re-surfaces again in 2006 with a DUI arrest in Victorville,” Wickum said.
Additional information came in that there could be as many as four other family members who have been past victims, but that remained under investigation on Friday, officials said. Results of medical examinations on both the victim and Luna are still outstanding, but authorities believe they might shed additional light on the case.
“This is like the smoking gun of molestation cases. There are so many reports and investigations where it can take months to get to the bottom of things. It’s rare to catch something in progress and be able to respond and arrest the suspect immediately,” Wickum said.
Anyone who may have information about Luna is asked to contact the Detective Bureau at the Victorville station at 241-2911.
Luna is being held at the Victor Valley Jail on $250,000 bail, officials said.
It appears that they have stepped it up a bit. Now they're also committing the sick crimes that Americans also won't do (by and large.)
I mean, it's bad enough that we have our own domestic thugs, rapists and gang bangers to contend with. We don't need to be inporting more crime into this country.
I hope that Bill O'Reilly and some of the other talk show hosts pick up on this incident. We need to shut down the borders now.

Seems to me like the Victorville authorities might have some culpability here after that DUI arrest. When are people going to be fed up with this kind of stuff and start taking matters into their own hands? Our governments’ failures to do their jobs is going to erupt into some ugly and violent reprisals.

Having worked at Superior Court and then many years with the County Attys, people should only know the overwhelming
amount of crime and overburden of our judicial system the Mexicans are costing us.

Around 1965 a very good friend of my father’s found me home alone. When he knocked on the door, of course I recognized him right away and let him into to the house. being the polite 7 or 8 year old child that I was, I invited him in and asked if he would like some coffee or water, just like I had heard my mother offer thousands of times when people came to visit.
When I went to serve him he grabbed me and started fondling me. When I started to scream he closed his mouth over mine and then proceed to strangle me. I must have passed out because the next thing I remember was him shaking me and telling me to wake up.
From far away in my mind I could hear someone was bang on the front door. This man was very angry, the ugly evil was all over his face. He was straighting me up and whispering in my ear, he would kill me and my siblings if I ever said anything. I was not raped like some people think. But it left me shaken and afraid.
He opened the door and there stood my brothers, sister and the neighborhood kids ( as I look back sometimes, they could not have been more then 5 through 9 in age). He could have killed all of us and who would have known. There was no DNA back then. People would have thought it was just some horrible tragedy in a small town in Northern California. He left right away. It would take me finding Christ at 38 to get over the fear and shame I felt all those years.
He was not the only illegal alien who molested me as a child. I used to wonder if I was bad in some way that these men would try to do things to me. At one of my uncle’s funeral, I started to talk to my cousins, I found over 50 of my cousins had also been molested by illegal aliens our families helped and had around. Some of us had even been molested by the same illegal alien. Totally disgusting life. It is one of the reasons I will always be grateful to my ex-husband. He took me away from the horror of my childhood.
But then I went to work for the Health Department and would see all these young pregnant girls coming in and I would have to hear their horror stories.
Sorry, I went on too long. We have to beat the crap out of this evil and stop illegal immigration.

I was the 12 year old girl in 2000 that he was arrested for in ventura county. I was 11 when I met him at a party and dated him off and on for 4 years. At the time I thought nothing about his age because I thought I was in love. I found out about this only today when I googled his name. My heart bleeds for that 3 year old little girl expecally now that I have 3 children one of them a 2 1/2 year old little girl. I wish I knew then what I know now.
