"The more one reads about Fred Thompson, the more sense it makes to support him."

"I guess this explains why Fred's many FR fans are stumped when it comes to citing any FDT accomplishments, little or otherwise.

But, those of us who support him have been remiss in getting the word out on exactly what Fred has accomplished, apparently... ;-p

No, we repeat it over and over, only to be dismissed with “Well, that’s what senators do. What else has he done?”

His foreign policy expertise is ignored, his struggle to reduce government inefficiency, regulation, and taxes is discounted, his lifelong fight against corruption is belittled.

Apparently he was supposed to singlehandedly fix Washington as one of 100.

Gee, based on what little I’ve seen of the current candidates of both parties who are running, I’ve seen no accoomplishments there so far.

I am hoping for even more candidates to get into the race so I have a real choice.
