If you wanted to die and I gave you the means say a gun and showed you how to pull the trigger and you shot yourself and died how did I kill you? It was your hand that did it not mine so why would I go to jail.

60 Minutes showed a video where he PULLED the trigger. That's why he was sent to jail.

I understand but to say he did this to a 100 was a little out of line and he paid for that mistake and is now free.
