Arellano said she would not back down from her request and was angered that Mexico was seeking a U.S. visa, adding that the Mexican government should not have to ask permission to send her north of the border.

"I'm not asking for any visa," she said. "I want a diplomatic post as ambassador of peace and justice, and I won't accept anything less."

I hope Mexico tries sending her back. I'd like to see the reaction of the American people to one more FU from our "friend" Mexico.

I'm hoping the American people still have enough back bone not to take another FU. It's time we settle this issue. We're either a sovereign nation or not. I'd like this immigration issue to come to a head, before I get to old and have to leave the fight to my grand children.

Yes she can.

Same as any other mother of a US citizen.

Her SON has to apply for her derivative visa.

Of course her FELONY case makes her excludable (BTW USCIS treats a withholding of adjudication the same as a conviction for immigration purposes). This means she has to file a request for a WAIVER of excludability by showing she has been a good quiet person.

Her conduct should DENY her a waiver given her words.

Also the PUBLIC can write on her excludability and character IF people have relevant contributions. (ie her comments about overthrowing the USA, invasion etc.)

People in hell want ice water too! I haven’t decided where I’ll accept my diplomatic assignment, maybe on the island of Bora-Bora or somewhere in the South Pacific. If that’s not possible, the Crazy Horse saloon in Paris or any pub in Ireland are acceptable.
