a chicken hawk is someone who argues for war but won’t volunteer to serve (send the Army, after all it’s their job)
someone drafted for war who opposes the war and refuses is a draft dodger.

I had a friend who joined the Army so he could be stationed in Germany. It was four years but he didn’t go to Vietnam.I did it in two. But that was the luck of the draw. I was drafted, and sent to Ft Hood, TX for Basic & Advanced. Toward the end of my Advanced training (Armor) we were notified by orders that we as a unit were being assigned to USAREUR. The reason? All personnel of the 4th AD not under orders for rotation back to the US for discharge were being reassigned to Vietnam for duty. We were tasked to replace them in Germany.
Like I said; the luck of the draw. The 4th AD remained in Germany, only with new (very new) personnel.

While we are either laughing at her or letting her get our blood pressure up this speech is aimed at an audience who will cheer. At last someone is stating their feelings. If nancy ignores her it might be her undoing at the very least she will force nancy to spend money to counter her.
