Report: Libraries stock Islamic terror books

Public libraries are stocking hundreds of Islamic books by advocates of "holy war", with many glorifying acts of terrorism, a new report claims.

Council taxpayers' money has been spent on the books, with one library stocking works by the convicted preachers Abu Hamza and Abdullah al-Faisal.

An investigation by a leading think-tank found extremist literature at six libraries, three in the London area, two in the Midlands and one in the North.

It raises fears that public libraries could inadvertently fuel the radicalisation of young Muslims.

The recent case of Dhiren Barot, who was jailed for 30 years for plotting a series of atrocities, showed that terrorists have used university libraries for research.

Patrick Mercer, the Conservative MP for Newark and the Government's new adviser on security issues, said: "I don't oppose free speech but the amount of this material is frightening.

"It has been bought with taxpayers' money and you have got to question the balance here.

The report also found that libraries in Leicester had 10 copies of books by Maududi and Ealing had 10 by Qutb.

The radical Islamic political party Hizb ut-Tahrir is also represented in Tower Hamlets, with one book, Funds in the Khilafah State, claiming: "The mere apostasy of the apostate gives Muslims the right to shed his blood and seize his property."

Other books advocate polygamy, forbid the "free mixing of men and women" and ...

Those are official Islamic scripture books. Maududi, Ealing and Qutb are all highly regarded scholars.

Just because they contain the teaching of Islam shouldn't be cause for alarm. Maybe someone has finally opened one up and read it. Horray!

Maybe now some politicians will realize what Islam actually teaches, and that so called "moderates" are just Islamic apologists hiding the truth of what Islam is for as long as they can while it worms it's way into society and rotts it like a cancer from within.

So? That isn't anthing "radical" and out of line from the basic teaching of the koran's surah's and "Sirat Rasul Allah" (life of Mohammad) sunnah and hadith.

Qur'an:8:59 "The infidels should not think that they can get away from us. Prepare against them whatever arms and weaponry you can muster so that you may terrorize them. They are your enemy and Allah's enemy."

Qur'an:9:5 "Fight and kill the disbelievers wherever you find them, take them captive, harass them, lie in wait and ambush them using every stratagem of war."

Qur'an:8:39 "Fight them until all opposition ends and all submit to Allah. Fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief) and all submit to the religion of Allah alone (in the whole world)."

Ishaq:587 "Our onslaught will not be a weak faltering affair. We shall fight as long as we live. We will fight until you turn to Islam, humbly seeking refuge. We will fight not caring whom we meet. We will fight whether we destroy ancient holdings or newly gotten gains. We have mutilated every opponent. We have driven them violently before us at the command of Allah and Islam. We will fight until our religion is established. And we will plunder them, for they must suffer disgrace."

Qur'an:8:7 "Allah wished to confirm the truth by His words: ‘Wipe the infidels out to the last.'"

Qur'an:8:12 "Your Lord inspired the angels with the message: ‘I am with you. Give firmness to the Believers. I will terrorize the unbelievers. Therefore smite them on their necks and every joint and incapacitate them. Strike off their heads and cut off each of their fingers and toes."

Qur'an:21:44 "Do they see Us advancing, gradually reducing the land (in their control), curtailing its borders on all sides? It is they who will be overcome." [nope. politicians are blind]

Qur'an:24:55 "Allah has promised to those among you who believe and do good work that He will make them rulers of the earth. He will establish in authority their religion - the one which He has chosen for them."

Those books teach nothing that isn't already taught in the Koran and Muhammads example.
