Rudman is a backstabbing liar for tricking Bush into believing Souter was a conservative. Rudman knew Souter was a pro-abortion liberal all along. Rudman was also behind McCain mudslinging at Christian Conservatives. Rudman is cancer.

Whether he cried or not, we have been crying since he started handing down decisions.

“Did U.S. Supreme Court Justice David Souter of Weare weep and consider resigning after being on the losing side of the historic 2000 split decision that ended the Florida recount and effectively installed George W. Bush as President?”
If he did, he’s too unstable to be on the SC.

His resignation would be the one thing that would most improve the Court.

Souter’s weeping over the decision would certainly be in form with his liberal, whinney, wimpy persona. And, in regards to Rudman, well, he is probably the type to do a lot of weeping, too. No appointment to the USSC has disappointed me as much as Souter’s. Did Souter just lie repeatedly through the pre appointment meetings or did Bush I solely depend on Rudman and Sunnunu for advice?

He sounds like a real stand up guy that I would want defending me, NOT. If he really had stones, he would have quit the life-time job with perks on top of perks.

Rudman is typical of the disease creeping through this state. He’s sucking up to the current Democratic, limpwrists that run New Hampshire and the weakminds at the Union Leader so they’ll nice things about him when he finally shuffles off the stage. I wouldn’t be surprised if he and senile Granny D had a ‘thing’ going on!
To: billorites
Rudman’s the RINO that recommended Souter.

1. Toobin is a legal incompetent. A first year lawyer has forgotten more about the law than what Toobin actually knows.
2. Rudman is hardly good credibility on Souter. (why omit his party affiliation)
3. Who is this lawyer “friend”.
