It doesn't matter what others are saying. The way Romney threw Sen. Craig under the bus, my wife said she would never vote for a man who can't wait for a few facts, and give someone the benefit of the doubt, in the meantime.
I've never known her to change her mind about a candidate, once she's said something like this.

Did you read the police report and interview transcripts? Craig is guilty as sin of trolling for gay sex in a public restroom...he's also extremely dumb. Oh, and he also pleaded guilty, not to mention tried to intimidate the cops by flashing his Senate business card and saying 'What do you think about that?'. When he realized he was busted, Craig said 'No!' and later claimed 'you solicited me'. He's a pervert.
Defending Craig is like defending O.J. Throw him under the bus!

What facts? The man pled guilty. If he was innocent he should not have pled guilty. Either he is guilty or he has incredibly bad judgment.
Plus, it was McCain who demanded Craig resign from the senate. Romney merely condemned his actions (for which he pled guilty) and accepted his resignation from the campaign.
We should hold our elected representatives to a higher standard. Just because the dems have no standards, doesn't mean we have to follow along.
