Y'know, it just dawned on me. ...could as well happened in Milwaukee.

Considering the immigrant population, it could well happen that there will be a tipping point there where the immigrants imported culture takes over.

The pathologies of Africa do not come from the geography, but from the persistent cultural attitudes of the people, and these cultural attitudes do not magically disappear when they move elsewhere

Mere change in geographical location equates to nothing but geographical distance
