This picture made me think of all the times I read "BobbleHead Fred" on the web today. It seems people are talking about his head bobbling in the ad he released last night on FoxNews.
Is this him attempting to control the bobble?

I noticed that in the Fred ad, haven’t read the reviews on Fred’s ad, but it is obvious the bobbling head.
