A formal declaration of war is absolutely needed in a war liek this, but here’s why we haven’t had one since the forties:

Thanks for the link --- very informative.

BTW Rockefeller's Standard Oil was selling oil to Spain [and hence Germany]during WWII --- and after the war this too was swept under the rug.
