The Democrats and McCainiacs did the same thing to try and stop Bush in 2000. It didn’t work.

In 2000, Democrats and MoveOn had Al Gore....

In 2008, even Hillary and Obama are right of Paul on national security and the war.

Paul’s primary support is now coming from MoveOn and Code Pink, left out in the cold by Democrats who promised to end the war in 2006 and have done nothing since.

2008 is a whole new ball game. If Ron Paul was running as a Libertarian Independent, as he should be, I would support that because he is drawing votes away from Democrats with his truly 60’s anti-war rhetoric.

But instead, he is running as a “republican” and directing liberal Democrats to switch party affiliations for the sole purpose of hijacking the Republican nomination....

The plot thickens!

Yep. And some “Republicans” (in name only) who aided the Gore recount legal team said that they were “Republicans” who thought Gore was getting cheated.
