So AS thinks the GOP will do better by becoming mushy middle of the roaders. Pretty sad.
Even sadder is that Republicans are losing ground even as the Dems slide farther and farther to the left. I don’t hear anyone suggest that they move to the center in order to gain ground. Compared to today’s Democrat party, even the most hard line conservative looks like a moderate.
