I'd submit that "the look" is due to poor plastic surgery. She has dimples in her face that look more like accidents.
As far as the outfit? Stupid...maybe even slutty. The hip bones jutting out at me just flip a switch in me that turns me right off to the style. Yuck. Good looking hips aren't "bony". If I want bony thighs, I'll make a stop at "Kentucky Fried Chicken".
