I guess I’ll have to rain on the humor parade. God rest his soul. I mock evildoers when they die, but this is a shame that his life was cut short. My son is a competitive cyclist and has had a few bad accidents. I worry about him riding on the streets of SF.

But just wait, tomorrow this thread will have 300 posts and it will be marked with vitriol between drivers vs. cyclists (just a pre-emptive conclusion - both are right, and both are wrong). Such is the way of FreeRepublic.

I used to ride my bicycle here in Houston for exercise when it was too hot to walk. I quit because it got so dangerous. Bicyclist have the bad habit of running red lights a lot.
