The U.S. has a HUGE base in Kosovo with a 99-year lease (I guess 8 of those years have passed, so 91 left), so they aren’t likely coming home any time some.
And they say the war in Iraq has gone on too long!! How long ago was it that Clinton invaded Bosnia?
