I don’t even consider Schwarzenegger moderate. He’s way left of center. Listen to him plead the case of the leftist agenda points.

Arnold did veto some of the worst ‘Rat legislation, but overall he just lets them do what they want.

He is not "way left of center" and as evidence I submit a few facts: support for parental notification, (car) tax cuts, veto of gay marriage, veto of driver's licenses for illegals.

After conservatives and voters abandoned him in 2005, he's done all that is politically expedient to stay in office. In that sense he's been exactly what he always claimed to be: the People's governor. He's not an ideologue, he's a populist.
