The 9th Circus Court will over rule the ballot initiative as Unconstitutional if it passes for Kalifornicans The 9th circuit would not rule on a State Initiative,n it would be appealed through the state court system. Don't North Karalinaholes go to skool?

Actually, 9th Ciruit can, does, and has ruled on State Initiatives if it is challenged on US Constitution grounds.
They tossed out California’s Prop 187 which would have denied public services to illegal aliens. It passed the voters by a large majority, but was challenged on the grounds that it violated the illegal’s Constitutional rights to free public education. Prop 187 was struck down by the 9th Circuit and illegals are still sucking money out of the California public school system as well as other public services 187 would have made them ineligible for.

We try to go to school, but then, are forced to work to pay for the freebies of illegal immigrants. We appealed such as a direct violation of federal statutes, but, were overruled because the socialist agenda of the gubermint took precedent regardless of the laws on the books.
Just simple BOHICA at play topped off with copious amounts of judicial legislation.
