My husband seems to think that people are “milking” 9/11 memorials and “should get over it”. He is a “libertarian”, “tree hugger”, vegetarian who believes Bush and Cheney are personally responsible for global warming (as if it were real).

Poll to Freep. If there ever was a time to INCREASE our observance, it is now. I agree. We must NEVER FORGET.
We had a 22-minute remembrance ceremony here today - it was very poignant and well done. Lots of troops in attendance and moist eyes were not uncommon, nor were they anything to be ashamed of.
