Yeah, well in 1996 he sure didn't get the job done, did he. I mean he was the big bad lawyer heading the Senate investigation of China-gate, from which absolutely nothing stuck on Hillary or Bill.

Senate lawyers can do nothing unless some of the damned senators want to do something.

He could hve hauled them into the Senate Chamber with the smoking gun in their hands, and un less the Senate decided to get off their cowardly butts NOTHING would get done.

Put the blame whjere it belongs -- The cowardly gutless did not get rid of the bastard when they had him hands down and on trial.
