Stories keep mentioning a ‘big hole in the desert’ in Eastern Syria.
I wonder if someone could find it with Google’s mapping feature.
It doesn’t update very frequently.
Unfortunatly, for those not in the know, Google Earth satalite photos can be anywhere from several days to many years old. Many of there photos are simply in the public domain now, and of know real use to any one for comercial use.
Thats why many images are very low resolution, there of no real use to anyone so know private party is going to pay for hires photos.
The fact that photos of the Steve Fosset posible crash area are new is because someone had an interest and I’m quite sure they were not cheap.
