Ask him questions and then simply let him go? Are we going to start detaining every tourist who takes pictures of a bridge, or the Statue of Liberty, or the Washington Monument, or any other national landmark that happens to be both a tourist attraction and a potential terrorism target. Has legislation been passed that makes photography of landscapes or landmarks an offense that is probable cause for detention?

Oh BS... The last flight I took, I found out my name was on a terrorist watch list, so they asked me for my drivers license, and told me that my birth date did not match. When you have a common name, it occurs.
BTW, the only affect is that I can not check in for a flight on line, I have to go to the counter and show my ID.
