Hanging back and letting local LEOs try to handle this actually plays into their hand. A semi-suicidal mob rush ending with the take down and humiliation of the perps on Aljezera does not.
Disperse the kids immediately and bum rush the losers. We are the militia.
Then water board them in a public toilet until they tearfully confess to being Mr. Bean. Upload the video to youtube, and by that time the FBI will be ready to take custody.
