Poor ol Duncan Hunter is in last place behind Ron Paul with 1%.
I’m sure when he drops out he’ll do the right thing and endorse Fred.

Didn’t I just seem some newspaper columnist or DNC piece or something talking about how Fred Thompson’s campaign has bombed and he’s not getting his message out?
I guess they forgot to check the polls.

I think Fred's strategy of not announcing for so long was excellent. As he was not an announced candidate, he had nothing to lose, while the rest chewed themselves up. And the speculation was free publicity. The drawback.. fund raising.

No, no, this is all wrong. ~Everyone~ knows Thompson entered the race late to purposefully avoid having to debate the 8 other candidates. Besides that he has a young trophy wife and is the oldest looking of the front runner republican candidates.

What? This is some MSM/Internet/FReeper plot. Fred D. Thompson isn’t leading; Ron Paul is. He’s the leader in these polls. Anything to the contrary is lies. Lies, I tell you! And anyone who believes differently is a stupid, uneducated, unprincipled fool.

It's just great to be in Florida right now. Weather is terrific and it's becoming more Fredneck country by the minute.
Let me tell you.....every day Bill Bennett, Laura Ingraham, Boortz, Hewitt, Rush, Hannity, Beck and Savage are banging away against the treason party from morning till night. This ceaseless pounding is having an effect.
Not to mention the daily Schnitt Show where drama queen Todd Schnitt rants and raves all the while he's picking the traitors and Hillary, Inc. apart bone by bone.
Thank God for talk radio here in the Sunshine State.....and the conservative lock on it.
Some poor liberal schmuck has a show on Saturday mornings, but no one listens.
Everyone's gone fishin'.

What I find interesting is Rudy has been leading the polls until Fred announced. Read somewhere last week Rudy has been doing very little campaigning. On Fox tonight they showed a clip of Rudy at some campaign event today. Looks like Rudy is going to have to get off his duff and get out there. Won’t do him any good because Fred is The Man.
