I hate to attack someone when they’ve come around to the correct conclusion.
What am I missing here? In order to get the Congress to approve the surge and its funding, the president agreed to have the commander give a report. He comes and makes his report, facing the most ignorant, hostile and rude Congress known to God or man, and then they say the president put him in a political position? Hopefully, the “people” got a good view of what they elected to office and will change its composition at the earliest opportunity.
As to Matthews ... isn’t he the one who joined the Peace Corps so he wouldn’t have to put on a uniform? Lil spitting pantywaist.
Heh, heh. I like that and...unless someone told you you would probably never know that the good General was wounded three times. But for chrissy....he would cry and whine about it all the way to home. That’s the difference in real men who know how to handle tough times. God bless the General.
