“China can be challenging for the traveler. Where are you going to be going?”
I’m a retired United Airlines flight attendant, so the round trip from Washington Dulles, in first class, will cost me $307.33. My cousin, considered a companion ticket, will pay $567.43. I’m pointing that out so you can see why I would take every opportunity to travel.
I really had no desire to go to China....I love Europe... but since I’ve travelled so much and my cousin hasn’t, I asked her where she wanted to go this year, and she said China.
We plan to go to Beijing. Not sure where else. I still have flight attendant friends working the trip, so I’ll get more info from them and, in all probability, stay at the crew layover hotel.
If you have any suggestions, please let me know!
Thank you so much!
If you look at my post # 21, you’ll see why I’m going. If you have more suggestions, I would welcome them. Thanks again!
Thanks so much. I’ll look into both!
When I worked Narita trips out of Newark, I never went to Hong Kong. Some gals flew there since we had a few days layover in Narita, but I never took the opportunity.
I appreciate the information.
