The LEOs I know practice with center-of-mass silhoutte targets. I always sling more than a few rounds at the head during range time becuase I (and they, IMO) should always assume the goblins now are wearing vests.
This also provides better rapid target acquisition skills and always can be tranlated into thorax hits for the squamish...
