Yes, discovery should be very interesting. Howard Wolfson is going to be asked why he lied to the voters on Aug. 15, 2000, telling them that the campaign would take no money from Peter Paul.
So, if this is still in the appellate stage, when does Wolfson get to sing?
Surely they can’t admit new evidence.
