Nominations are closed — this is the ‘Quote of the Day’ by acclamation:

” ” Bubbling up from the cellars, meanwhile, is the unwelcome thought that no one is in charge. The president is deferring to the general; the general is deferring to the president; Iraqis are deferring to no one; and everybody else is running for office. “

Pure unadulterated BullSh.. Maybe the screaming morons in the PC media should quit trying to show how "clever" they are and actually try listening to the President ONE time on Iraq.

President has made it clear he is in charge from the start. However, unlike the morons in the media, he is smart enough to listen to the people who actually KNOW what is going on in Iraq.

Very clever article by someone who has no responsibility of whether the our troops complete their job in Iraq or not. This is just a play with words to make katherine parker look “smart”. She either has not listened, from the start of the “war” or has a very short memory. From the beginning our President told the American public that this would be a long undertaking. We didn’t stop the Werewolves in Germany for about 10 years, after WWII. (these were German nazis who were acting like the insurgents of today in Iraq) Keep in mind the reporters being popped out of our schools of “higher” learning, for the most part, have no learning of history.
