Actions speak louder than words. This is so telling. Just look at what happens . . .people move for better jobs, schools, safety, taxes, etc.
The trend is from liberal cities to conservative suburbs, liberal states to conservative states. Liberal schools to conservative schools. Public schools to private schools.
I ask my liberal pals, if you hate conservatives so much, why do you choose to live in conservative areas? They’ll reply “better schools” or “it’s safer.” They just won’t admit their disconnect.
But to me, it tells everything.
I looked at a home near Detroit last week.
The owners paid $560,000 for it 4 years ago. It’s for sale for $380,000. Taxes are $12,000 a year.
Then I looked at a home on the North Shore of Massachusetts. $2.2 million, 4 acres, ocean view, beach access. Taxes are $11,435 a year.
Need I say more.
