Republican Rudy Giuliani continues to seek maximum mileage out of the fallout from the progress report of General David H. Petraeus, the American commander in Iraq.
In the battle of front-runners in the presidential polls, Giuliani this afternoon pummeled Democrat Hillary Clinton over her stands on the Iraq war and her questioning of Petraeus.
After having placed a full-page ad in The New York Times today defending General David H. Petraeus and accusing Clinton of a "character attack," Giuliani posted his first online ad on his campaign website with more of the same.
In the spot, he calls on Clinton to apologize for telling Petraeus during Senate hearings this week that his testimony about progress in Iraq required "the willing suspension of disbelief." The ad also challenges Clinton to condemn "a venomous ad" placed by the antiwar group MoveOn.org that charged Petraeus with "cooking the books for the White House."

I would have expected more from Duncan's supporters.
Why hasn’t he demanded that she return the big money MoveOn.org has been funneling to her? She cannot separate herself from MoveOn.org. They own the Democrat party.
Anyone who thinks Rudy is a "right wing Bush dog" is insane. Rudy's doing his own thing here - and I agree with it.
No—Just presenting a rare bash on Hillary.
Look at my tagline.
>>Why hasnt he demanded that she return the big money MoveOn.org has been funneling to her? She cannot separate herself from MoveOn.org. They own the Democrat party.<<
And why hasn’t a Republican demanded to know if Her Thighness, Pelosi, Reid & Company had advanced knowledge of the MoveOn ad?
I wonder why he didn’t mention her involvement in the Hsu scandal?
GOOD FOR RUDY!!!! Who else is addressing this outrage by this evil women...NO ONE that I’ve heard of.
BS...someone has to address this outrage from this evil women and moveon.org....I’m a Duncan supporter...WHERE IS HE ON THIS? I’ve not heard him screaming about this!!! Where’s his ad in the NYT’s? I for one am thrilled someone running for President is doing this.
Actually, Duncan Hunter was among the first to condemn the ad - during his opening remarks at the first hearing at which Gen. Petraeus and Amb. Crocker testified. He held up the ad and called it deplorable and dispicable, and called on all of the other committee members to disown it. It set the tone of that hearing by forcing the rest of the committee members treat the General and Ambassador with the respect they deserve, and Ike Skelton (?)took the lead in that. They didn’t go as far as to disown the ad, but at least their tone towards these gentlemen was much better than those buffoons in the Senate. Well, except for Wexler, of course, whom I consider to be completely irrational and insane, and who just looked like a fool.
Why haven't the men running for President NOT hit hildabeast with her way over the top remarks? That's what I'm p*ssed at!!! Calling this grand General a liar...that's all she ever does is LIE...just 'bout everything. SHE'S EVIL...
Good for Rudy. Does anyone know if the Slimes ran his ad today? I haven’t heard a thing on the radio.
Better put some Ice on that HilaryCare.
Pray for W and Our Troops
Giuliani is just as immoral and evil as Hillary even if he is right on this issue.
When it gets to the point Christians praise politicians that support killing unborn children, promote homosexuality and are open adulterers, than there is much hope left for the nation.
Giuliani is immoral when it comes to abortion, but don’t you think he’s done some good things too? He’s been pretty hardcore in cracking down on crime and WELFARE (which no one seems to talk about anymore).
Bill Clinton signed welfare reform into law. Does that make him any less immoral?
